Programme Structure
Eight courses. Two movements. The first forms the educator. The second authorises the practice. Lesson content is in development and will be published as each course is completed.

EDUC 501 — 504
Before you can teach this curriculum, you must understand the vocation, the method, and the discipline of questioning. This movement forms the educator as a facilitator of thinking — not a transmitter of content.
02
EDUC 505 — 508
The second movement turns formation into authorised practice. You learn to assess reflective work with judgment, adapt curriculum without distorting it, hold difficult rooms, and complete the Capstone that activates the licence.
Our Approach
The standards we hold for our licensed educators are the same standards we hold for ourselves. There are no exceptions.
SRLHD is not a franchise. We do not sell our name. We licence our curriculum to educators who have earned the right to teach it, and we hold them to the same standards we hold ourselves. This protects the credential, the institution, and above all the students.
There is no shortcut to teaching this material. You cannot facilitate a Socratic dialogue you have never sat inside. You cannot assess a reflection you have never written. Every licensed educator has been challenged, examined, and changed by the same curriculum they now teach.
We could grow faster by lowering the bar for licensing. We choose not to. Every licensed educator carries the SRLHD name. Every student they teach receives a credential we stand behind. That chain of accountability is the most important thing we protect.
The Pathway
Six stages. No shortcuts. The rigour of this process is what gives the licence its credibility.

All prospective licensed educators must have completed at least the Advanced Diploma. This ensures that those who teach our curriculum have genuinely experienced its full depth as students first.

Submit a portfolio including your educational background, teaching experience, and a statement of intent describing where and to whom you plan to deliver SRLHD curriculum. We review every application individually.

An intensive programme covering CLEAR methodology facilitation, Socratic questioning technique, assessment design, inclusive pedagogy, and the SRLHD approach to structured reflection.

Deliver SRLHD curriculum under the observation of a Senior Educator. You will receive detailed written feedback and a final readiness assessment before independent delivery is authorised.

Upon successful completion, you receive the SRLHD Educator Certification and your chosen licence tier is activated. You may begin independent delivery immediately.

Licensed educators submit an annual portfolio demonstrating continuing professional development, student outcomes, and reflective practice. Licences that lapse can be reactivated through a streamlined process.

Educator vs Practitioner
Both pathways demand the same formation. Both carry the same name. The difference is where you take it.
Practitioner Certification
Practitioners are part of the SRLHD institutional faculty. They deliver our programmes. Their students receive SRLHD credentials directly. Think of them as the permanent teaching staff.
Educator Licence
Licensed educators deliver SRLHD curriculum externally — in their own institutions, communities, or practices. They carry our name and our standards into contexts we could not otherwise reach. Think of them as the extended faculty.
Common Questions
No. The Practitioner Certification and the Educator Licence are separate pathways. Practitioners deliver within SRLHD's own programmes. Licensed educators deliver externally under their own or their organisation's name, using SRLHD curriculum under licence.
No. Every individual who will deliver SRLHD curriculum must personally hold the Educator Certification. An institution cannot be licensed in isolation — its educators are certified individually, and the institution holds a programme licence that enables collective delivery.
A lapsed licence means you may no longer issue SRLHD-verified certificates or use the SRLHD name in marketing. Your academic achievements remain valid. To reactivate, submit an updated portfolio and attend a refresher calibration session.
You may contextualise — adapting examples, case studies, and discussion topics to your local context. You may not remove, replace, or substantially alter the learning outcomes, assessment framework, or CLEAR methodology structure.
