Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to deliver their service. We have data processing agreements in place where required.
Your Rights

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Financial records related to payments are retained for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Learning records (progress, assessments, reflections) are deleted upon account deletion unless you have been issued a credential, in which case a record sufficient to verify that credential is retained indefinitely.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the date at the bottom of this page.
Your continued use of SRLHD after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
