Level 3 -- Advanced Diploma

Advanced Diploma

Where all three colleges converge.

Most advanced programmes ask you to specialise in one domain. The problems you will face at senior levels do not respect those boundaries.

The Advanced Diploma is a cross-disciplinary programme for those ready to integrate reasoning, leadership, and human development into a unified and sophisticated practice. Eight courses. A substantial written capstone. Twelve months of serious intellectual work.

Curriculum

Eight Courses. One Integrated Practice.

Each course draws from all three colleges simultaneously, building the integrative capacity that defines genuine mastery. The programme concludes with a twelve-week written capstone.

01ADIP 301

The Integrated Mind

Bring reasoning, leadership, and human development into one coherent mental framework. The starting point of genuine integration.

02ADIP 302

Study how to reason and decide well when information is incomplete, stakes are high, and the situation resists simple analysis.

03ADIP 303

Power, Authority and the Human Condition

Examine what power does to people -- those who hold it and those who do not -- across history, institutions, and personal life.

04ADIP 304

Wisdom Traditions and the Examined Life

Engage seriously with the great traditions of human wisdom and what they demand of anyone who seeks to live and lead well.

05ADIP 305

Systems, Institutions and Long-Term Thinking

Develop the capacity to see institutions as living systems and to think across decades, not just quarters.

06ADIP 306

Moral Philosophy in Practice

Apply the major traditions of moral philosophy to the real dilemmas of professional and civic life.

07ADIP 307

The Developmental Mind

Study how human beings grow, change, and develop across a lifetime -- and what that means for how we lead and develop others.

08ADIP 308Capstone

The Capstone

A twelve-week integrative capstone that draws on all seven preceding courses. Submitted in writing to admissions@srlhd.org for assessment.
